During the month of November I wanted to focus on creating conversations with our kids around gratitude. When we focus on all the things we are grateful for it has long lasting positive effects on our brain and our day! Each day I will share a gratitude questions to share and have a discussion with. There is no wrong or right way to utilize these questions. Sometimes your kids are little and you need to take a yes or no answer as sufficient, if we have older kids we may need to include more specifics or details, you can rabid trail, add in more in depth questions, etc. The goal is to learn more about each other, practice gratitude together, communicate, and have fun!
